St. John Paul Columbian Squires Circle #5710
Who We Are
Founded in 2013 by 13 courageous young men and Knight of Columbus John Melish, Columbian Squires Circle #5710 was born to the parish of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Marysville Ohio. Already, the circle has made a great impact on the local community, and will continue to for many years to come. We have grown in members, service, and in faith since starting the program, and hope that you will join us to continue this legacy for many years to come.
What is a Squire?
Founded in 1925 by Barnabus McDonald, the Columbian Squires is the official youth organization of the Knights of Columbian Squires. Anyone that is a Catholic male from ages 10-18 can join the circle and become a Squire. For more information about joining, contact us at email@example.com.
One of the main goals of the Squires is to develop the Catholic leaders of tomorrow. Squire Circles meet monthly and are called to order by the Chief Squire. Robert's Rules of Order are followed (as closely as possible) where all Squires are able to participate and are encouraged to bring forth ideas for service projects, fundraisers and just fun activities to take part in. In addition, Squires that aren't officers are allowed to lead the project/activity that they propose.
